Here at the ITDN we are always trying to improve the services we offer. After consultation with members, our own in-house IT department has designed and implemented a new system called itdn interactive.

Interactive is our web based programme that lets you take control of your business. It is an up to the minute link itdn's system, providing you the member, with detailed information on all your Jobs Issued, Jobs Supplied and Refusals.
- Follow the status of your breakdowns with upto the minute information. From the first call, all the way through to the final invoiced stage. Now you can track your jobs to ensure they're being covered.
- Want to keep track of all your worksheets? Now you can view the status of your worksheets and make sure they're received, booked or whether you need to send them in to us.
- With interactive you will also be able to print your own copy invoices, worksheets, statements and a variety of different reports.
- Thats not all, itdn interactive can also be used to enter your own worksheets with our new online booking facility.
Who will benefit from using interactive?
Due to the many components of the system this will be useful for managers, accounts departments, owners and fitters alike. It is exclusive and free to ITDN members and available with just an online connection.
