Management of Health & Safety at Work - a legal requirement

As a Member of ITDN, you can have your own Health & Safety consultant retained and available to you 12 months of the year. The consultant will support and assist you in the following way:

• Annual workplace "inspection audit of compliance" and, policy documentation review with any recommendations for improvement and, documentary changes provided as necessary.
• Update of any legislative change an revised documentation such as its affects your business.
• Reasonable ad hoc documentation, for example to comply with specific customer requirements, included.
• Telephone / Email advisory service as and when needed.
• Reasonable assistance and support in relation to any incident / accident.

By staying ahead of the situation, you can avoid costly claims, prosecutions, fines, or worse. You can keep your workforce at work and both you and they will know that there is a better chance that you will all go home safe.
